Brady Nichols was putting up a big block during a football game when an injury occurred. He fell on his shoulder, resulting in a torn labrum. Unfortunately, his injury required surgical intervention to repair. Following surgery, Brady was referred to physical therapy. Having had a previous great experience with the Rehab Associates team, Brady requested his post-operative care be with them. "I knew they were the best physical therapy center in town" he said. "They created a specific plan to my protocol and sports to better prepare me for the upcoming baseball season." With the assistance of Physical Therapists Garrett Blanton and Amanda McKee, Brady progressed in a timely manner. While labrum recovery can be long, having a solid program and good return to play protocol ensured Brady had the strength, skills and confidence needed to get out on the baseball diamond.

Emma Wainwright was living the dream as a student athlete playing for a nearby university in West Virginia. Having grown up in Alabama playing club and high school soccer, it was a new level of competition in college athletics. Unfortunately, an ACL tear sidelined Emma. When Emma was home for the holidays, she knew she needed to select a physical therapy provider to ensure she was doing all she could to get back on the pitch.
