  • A guy works on the form of his golf swing with the help of an instructor. When it comes to golf, power can be achieved through efficiency. Our physical therapists work to determine what physical issues may be causing discomfort or impacting proper golf swing mechanics. Our three-part golf performance program includes:

    • Analysis: Evaluation of your swing and a physical mobility screen to assess weaknesses and poor body mechanics.
    • Education: Learning proper mechanics to improve overall conditioning, strength, flexibility and efficiency of your swing.
    • Exercise: Programming that includes warm-up, strengthening and cool-down exercises combined with a home-exercise program.

While all of our physical therapists can help rehabilitate sports-specific injuries, several of our locations offer golf certified therapists, the K-Vest 3D, a wearable feedback system, or the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screening.* We incorporate data from these screenings into care plans of golfers who want to take their game to the next level.
